Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To report an issue, please email us at info@modbins.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:
A written description of the issue
Clear photographs of any damaged or faulty components
If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected parts as soon as possible.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, and we will issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait until the goods have been delivered before initiating a return.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
Customised, painted, or modified items cannot be returned
Items that have been partially or fully assembled are considered accepted and non-returnable
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Returns must include all components in the condition they were delivered.
