Delivery Times
All our bin stores are made to order and typically ship within 7–14 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, islands, or international locations, please contact us directly to arrange a custom shipping quote.
Delivery Method
Your Modbins product will be delivered by a reliable courier or specialist freight service, depending on the size and destination. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery at the provided address.
Access & Offloading
For larger items, please make sure the delivery address is accessible for vans or lorries. We offer kerbside delivery only—our drivers are not able to carry items inside your home or install the product.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
